Want to use South 20 for your next event?

The South 20 encourages its members to use the club's facilities to effortlessly entertain family, friends, clients, customers, and employees, and as an alternative to entertaining at home.

 

Because of limited space and staff, advance notice is necessary and is subject to availability of staff.  The South 20 staff is willing and anxious to help you plan and organize a social event.

 

Private Party

Small Groups (Early Hours)

Small group openings are available before the Club opens for business, e.g., bridge, euchre group.

 

  • $50 bar minimum
  • Maximum of two-hours
  • Seventy-two hours advance notice

Small Groups (Regular Hours)

Small group openings are available during regular business hours

  • 10-30 Guests
  • No bar minimum
  • Maximum 30 guests
  • Use limited social area and not bar area
  • Forty-eight hours advance notice
  • No room rental fee
  • Menu options are available
  • South 20 provides accommodations on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for Small Group.

Private Parties (Sunday & Monday)

Members can host private parties on Sundays and Mondays.

2 Hour Party

  • Up to 25 guests
    • $125 Room Rental fee
    • $25/each additional hour if party runs over
  • Up to 50 guests
    • $200 Room Rental fee
    • $50/each additional hour if party runs over

3 Hour Party

  • Up to 25 guests
    • $150 Room Rental fee
    • $25/each additional hour if party runs over
  • Up to 50 guests
    • $250 Room Rental fee
    • $50/each additional hour if party runs over

* Will open 1-hour prior for setup
